Son Goku, born with the name Kakarot is a Saiyan that was raised on Earth and is the main character of the Dragon Ball anime and manga series. As a child, he was sent to Earth to destroy it, but a head injury at an early age altered Goku's memory, allowing him to grow up and become one of the Earth's greatest defenders.
