Gulliver is a cute sailor seagull character in the Animal Crossing game series that can be found washed up ashore on players' island's beaches. He appears on random days starting from 5 AM until the beginning of the next day. When you spot Gulliver washed up on your beach and if you interact with him he will tell you the story of how he fell overboard and that he cannot communicate with the ship as his NookPhone is broken. In order to fix the NookPhone he needs parts, and there are no parts that can be found in the shop, so Gulliver will ask you to find and collect Five Communicator Pars for him.
