Billy the Puppet is a clown-looking mechanical ventriloquist puppet that was made by John Kramer and it's a recurring item in the Saw movies. Billy the Puppet is used to inform the Jigsaw's game victims about the instruction that they needed to follow to survive those deadly games, and if they did survive, to deliver a message of congratulations to them. Usually, Billi would appear in a video, but rarely it appears physically in a very dramatic fashion, such as riding on a tricycle.
