Jiraya is one of the characters of the Naruto anime series that was one of Konohagakure's Sannin, famed as a hermit and pervert of stupendous ninja skill. Jiraya traveled the world a lot, searching for knowledge that would help his friends and his final student Naruto Uzumaki. Jiraya had chakra reserves large enough to summon Gamabunta and it was potent enough to use senjutsu. Jiraya was masterful enough with his chakra, that he was able to perform a Rasengan in both hands at the same time, or even carve messages with his chakra despite it being disrupted.
