Glitchtrap is the main antagonist of Five Nights at Freddy's VR: Help Wanted game of the FNaF series. Tape Girl calls Glitchtrap the Anomaly. Glitchtrap is a digital virus that lies within the Fazbear Virtual Experience as told by William Afton. The main goal of the Glitchtrap in the Fazbears Virtual Experience is to escape the digital world and to do that he needs to merge with the player. Although is confirmed by William it is still unclear if it's some copy or all that is left from William himself, a digital virus in the Virtual Experience. Unlike most animatronics, the Glitchtrap appears to be without any visible electronics and looks more like a normal costume.
