Eleven is also known as El, is a fictional character in the Netflix science fiction horror drama series Stranger Things, played by Millie Bobby Brown. She is a young girl with psychokinetic abilities, which allow her to move objects with her mind. Eleven was born in Hawkins, Indiana, in 1971. She was raised in a laboratory by Dr. Martin Brenner, who conducted experiments on her in an attempt to harness her powers. Eleven escaped from the laboratory when she was 10 years old and was found by Mike Wheeler, Dustin Henderson, Lucas Sinclair, and Will Byers.
