Stormy is Pusheen's little sister and her best friend that shares many of the Pusheen passions and hobbies such as adventuring, intellectual pursuits, grooming procidures and even cute posing in the costumes. Like her big sister Pusheen Stormy descided to make herself a cute little costume for this Halloween and she decided to be a wizzard or a witch, Stormy found an appropriate materials, made herself a dress, cape and a tiny little magic hat with stars on it. For a final touch to her costume Stormy took her cat play toy and turned it into a magical wand. Now this Halloween will be a compleate success with a cute costume like that.
