Straw Hat Luffy also known as Monkey D Luffy is a star of the One Piece manga and anime series. Luffy founded a powerful group of pirates called Straw Hat Pirates that was named after him and where Straw Hat Luffy is one of the top pirate fighters. Luffy has gone up against many global powers, even fighting with the most powerful pirates in the East Blue. He caused the annihilation of Enies Lobby, escaped the impregnable Impel Down, and was a focal figure in the Summit War of Marineford. Luffy also either made friends or defeated seven out of eleven known Warlords, prior to the dissolution of the organization. Luffy is always ready for a fight.
