The Hypnotoad made its first appearance in The Day the Earth Stood Stupid episode of the Futurama animated cartoon series. It's a large toad-like creature with huge oscillating multicolored eyes, that emits a droning hum. Hypnotoads eyes glow all the time and it uses them as a power of hypnotism on surrounding people and animals.
