Zoro, also known as Pirate Hunter Roronoa Zoro is the combatant of the Straw Hat Pirates and a character of the One Piece anime series. Zoro is one of the two swordsmen of the Straw Hat Pirates, and one of the Senior Officers of the Straw Hat Grand Fleet. He was a bounty hunter until joined Luffy's crew being the first who joined it. Zoro is a master of the Three Sword style, and that makes him one of the three most powerful combatants of the Straw Hat Pirates, alongside Luffy and Sanji. Roronoa Zoro dreams to become the greatest swordsman in the world in honor of a promise that he made to his dead childhood friend Kuina.
