Kissy Missy is a newer version of the toy, created one year after the release of Huggy Wuggy. Like Huggy Waggy toy, she is a tall and slender toy creature with thick pink fur and a blue bow on her neck. While Huggy Waggy's role is to hug children, Kissy Missy was created to kiss them and should have been loving and kind. Rumors tell that with the skyrocketing popularity of Huggy Waggy Playtime Co. decided to create a feminine Kissy Missy to boost the popularity of both toys together.
