Bob-ombs are living and moving bomb characters with eyes, feet, and wind-up keys on their back that can be found in the Mario game series as enemies. They appeared first in Super Mario Bros. 2 and were Mario's enemy in almost every game since then. Bob-ombs looks, intelligence, and status differs from Mario game to game, but mostly they are the same. In Super Mario Bros. 2 they were a semi-common enemy of Mario that work for Wart and appear in World 3-3 and later. Bob Omb's chases the player for a short period of time before exploding, trying to deal damage to Mario and everyone nearby.
