Shoto Todoroki, sometimes just Shoto for short, is one of the main characters in the My Hero Academia anime series and manga. Shoto is a student in Class 1-A at U.A. High School where he is training to be a Pro Hero. He is also the youngest son of Endeavor, who is a former No.2 and now No.1 Pro Hero. Pro Heroes are those who take heroism as a profession and are licensed to use their Quirks to protect civilians from VIllains, natural disasters, or any kind of harm. Shoto had an abusive upbringing and complicated family life that caused him to be a cold, aloof personality. But the events of U.A. Sports Festival changed Shoto and he became more sociable and kind.
