Being a knight, Meta Knight respects a code of chivalry and almost always offers Kirby a sword wherever he fights against him. Meta knight is a fierce and skilled swordsman, and he is often seen alone, and it's unclear as to what he is feeling or what his motives are. Meta Knight is a leader of an army of soldiers known as Meta-Kights, and he captains a large airship called Battleship Halberd, that may accompany him into battle.
