Little Pucca is a cute delivery girl for the Go-Rong Restaurant in the middle of Sooga, an Oriental village that looks decidedly medieval and yet has modern things like electricity and plumbing. Pucca secretly has fillings for a young ninja Garu, who is a serious ninja who would rather build his chi, than date girls. But that doesn't stop Pucca and in every episode, she tries to steal kisses from his crush while making noodle deliveries on her cute little scooter. And Pucca's noodle deliveries are not an easy task as she was even watched by the Vagabond Ninja Clan who had no money but tried to find a way to get the noodles to satisfy their hunger.
