Tuong Lu Kim is a character in the South Park animated cartoon series. He is an alter ego of Dr. William Janus and the owner of the City Wok restaurant. He made his first appearance in the South Park episode Jared Has Aides and remained a recurring character. Later in the South Park series, Tuong Lu Kim was asked to build a wall around the town to protect the city from kidnappers and Mongolians start raiding the town for no apparent reason. Tuong Lu Kim wears a red bow tie accompanied by a white collared shirt with, an orange City Wok vest, and blue pants.
