Sanity Island who was captured and evolved by an evil Dr. Neo Cortex. In Crash Bandicoots adventures Dr. Neo Cortex is his usual enemy and always gets defeated by Crash in order to keep peace on the island. But Crash Bandicoot is often not alone is his adventures.
