Cuphead is a titular character of the run-and-gun video game developed by Studio MDHR. Cuphead with his brother Mugman were misbehaving and went to a casino where they lost more money than they had. The Devil, a casino owner offered them a deal, to return the souls of the runaway debtors as payment for Cupheads and Mugmans loss. Now they travel the Inkwell Isle fighting bosses and repossessing the souls for the Devil. But Elder Kattele informed the boys that their strength grows with the power of the soul contracts they collect, and soon with that power they would be able to defeat King Dice and eventually, even the Devil himself.
