Larry Koopa, also known as Cheatsy Koopa in cartoons, is the youngest and cutest of the Koopalings, one of the seven siblings that are leaders of the Koopa Troops under Bowser. Koopa siblings with Larry Koopa were originally considered to be Bowser's children. Larry Koopa has blue hair, albeit a lighter color and a different style, resembling a cockscomb. Larry Koopa is so honored that in the Nintendo Power Super Mario World guide he is referred to as Bowser's number one Koopaling. There is even a rumor going around that Larry Koopa was named after American talk show host Larry King, but other rumor tells us that he was named after Larry Mullen Jr., the drummer for Irish rock band U2.
